Sorry for the crappy quality. Still configuring CamStudio. My next vid will be better quality. I promise. A short video describing how to make startup times faster if you have a multicore processor. Dreamescene I was using: www.dreamscene.org

@yasirm18 Well my point was if you computer isn’t good enough dreamscene will make it lag.
@dantpatenaude but my computer fking slow with dreamsecene i dont get u worng men
@yasirm18 If your computer is good enough the dreamscene won’t really effect how fast it operates. Don’t get me wrong, dreamscene still takes up resources but I can’t see a difference with it on or off. Now on a low end pc you will notice only because you don’t have the necessary resources available to run it.
u hv dreamscene in ur computer nd ur computer work fast nice tell me wut u do ur computer is fast with dreamscene
@provideogame It’s called a dreamscene
How your background can moving?
@janmaranz That was vista ultimate. You can have a dreamscene on basic but you have to use a patch. Search google.
is your vista a home basic? can vista home basic have a dreamscene? thanx =)
Well, if you’re not sure which service does what then you’re probably just better off leaving them run. The big thing that effects startup is if you have a lot of startup programs.
awesome. But.. I’m sort of a noob who can’t say which Service is important or not. And all the services got the same manufacturer which makes it just more freakin confusing.
got any tip how to point out it better?
Ya it’s a dual core.
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E4600 @ 2.40GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.4GHz
Is that a dual core or does it just sound fancy? I am so clueless at this stuff lol.
That is weird. Have you installed any new drivers or software? What is your OS and how long has it been on your computer. If you wanted you could probably do a system restore to when it displayed four cores.
wth is going on with my pc .. for two days i had 4 processors and now i just can take two because the others arent in this list can u help me?!
oh i get you, thanx
In certain things like video encoding yes it does. It also makes a difference if the program is optomized for a quad core cpu.
damn dude, does quad core really make a difference from dual?
Yes it does work in XP. To do it go to the start menu and click cmd. Then from there type in msconfig and set the number of cores under the boot tab.
Where did you find the advanced options in XP? I can’t find anything like that.
Me three has that cpu
at 3.0ghz
Yes It will. I have the same processor btw. Its really nice.
Will this work in XP, I have a Q6600 Quad.
I found the advanced options under XP, and I set it to use 4 procs. I wonder if it will be faster under XP…:)
Thank you for the wallpaper!
It’s in the description.
where did you get that desktop background?
It works with any multi core processor.
